Setup for Microsoft Outlook XP/2003
(This was Created Using Office 2003, Office XP should be similar however options may be located in different places.)

From the “Tools” menu
select “E-mail Accounts…”

Select “Add a new e-mail account”
and Click the “Next >” button.
Select
“POP3” and
Click the “Next >” button.
Most
of these fields are self explanatory.
Sever Information
Incoming Mail Server(POP3):
mailin.managednetworks.net
Outgoing mail Server (SMTP):
mailout.managednetworks.net
Once all the fields are populated click the “More Settings” button.

Enter a name for this account.
Click on the “Outgoing Server” tab.
Check the box next to
“My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”
Make sure the circle next to
“Use same settings as my incoming mail server”
Is filled.

Click on the “Advanced” tab.
Check the boxes next to
“This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)”
Under “Incoming server (POP3)” and
“Outgoing server (SMTP)”
Make sure that the field next to
“Incoming server (POP3):” has 995 in it
and
“Outgoing server (SMTP):” has 465 in it
Then click the “OK” button

Then click on the “Next >” button
Then
click the “Finish” button
